By purchasing the (MY CHRISTMAS CRATE) subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew each month until you decide to cancel.

Cancellations are easy & hassle-free and can be canceled (30 days prior to your next reoccurring payment date) in your Account Dashboard that was emailed to you upon sign up. If you need assistance with your link, please email us at elves@mychristmascrate.com and we will re-send you a link to your account. NOTE: If you’ve already been billed for this month’s crate, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle and the current months Crate will continue to ship on schedule.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO YOUR BILLING DATE, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. If you must cancel urgently you will be charged a $10.00 USD cancellation fee for refund processing fees.
