Don't get me wrong, I LOVE a difficult baking challenge but these are unbelievably tasty with little fuss and kitchen clean up plus, any recipe that calls on Betty Crocker I'm typically a fan of! ENJOY!

GINGERBREAD BROWNIES
Ingredients:
1 box of Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cake Mix (near the holiday shelf)
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup melted butter
Powdered sugar for dusting
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Combine the 3 ingredients and mix well.
3. Spread the batter smoothly and evenly in the 9×13 baking dish.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the brownies are firm.
5. Let them cool for a few minutes and serve!
