 Since 2016 My Christmas Crate has been shipping Christmas Crates around the globe. (Over 150,000 Christmas Crates to be exact).  Full of Christmas tastes, scents, accessories, holiday home goods, sweet treats and more. We provide affordable way to enjoy Christmas all year by sending a fun and festive mix of holiday themed items to surprise and delight Christmas fans from near and far. Each month's box is specially curated by our in house elves and ships out of our warehouse in California.  Just when you thought you have to wait another year to enjoy eggnog or gingerbread, we got you covered by working with Christmas brands year round. Our Crates are much more than just a box of Christmas goodies, it's about experiencing the "feeling" that Christmas gives you once a month and let's face it, Christmas makes everything just a little sweeter.

 It's always a jolly surprise! We are proud to offer a "themed Christmas experience" year round!  You can count on 4-6 (festive, nostalgic, sometimes funny) holiday and Christmas themed items included in your monthly experience.  When will I receive my first My Christmas Crate?

Our elves ship our crates on the 15th of every month throughout the 21st of the month. You will receive a shipping notification by email with tracking and your crate will arrive at your doorstep via USPS within 3-5 business days (weather permitting). (NOTE: December Crates will ship early and arrive to US residents before Christmas Eve. Although we try our best, Christmas delivery is not guaranteed due to circumstances out of our control).

    When will I be billed ?

    You will be billed for your first crate on or around the date you sign up. Thereafter, once a month usually around the same day.  

    Can I skip a month?

    No problem! Just log in to your account dashboard (emailed to you at sign up) and select the "skip a month" option for up to 3 months at a time or alternatively, send us an email to elves@mychristmascrate.com and in the subject line type  "I'm out this month."  We won't send you a crate for 1 month, and you won't be charged. We recommend that you skip a month of your subscription 5 days prior to your next billing date. We ask that you do this to ensure that your subscription is skipped before your next crate is processed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or stop shipment once an order has processed. Your subscription will automatically resume after the "skipped" month(s) are complete.

     What if my account has insufficient funds?

    If your card is declined for insufficient funds or is expired during your renewal period, My Christmas Crate will automatically keep trying up to 6 times over the course of 14 days to renew your subscription for you. If we are still unsuccessful, your subscription will automatically expire or be permanently canceled. Please ensure your credit card information is up to date for successful and timely renewals. My Christmas Crate is not responsible for any overdraft charges from your credit card or banking institution.

    How can I access my account?

    An order confirmation email is sent after checkout with a direct link to your personal account dashboard. From here, you are able to update shipping addresses, emails and credit card information, skip a month and more! You can also create a new account by clicking HERE.

     How does my Crate get here?

    Crates are shipped via USPS Postal Service with (either) First Class, USPS Flat Rate or USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking numbers that will be emailed to you every month prior to your Crate leaving our warehouse.

     

    Where do you ship?

    We ship anywhere in the continental United States, Canada and the United Kingdom!  

    • US Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95
    • Canadian Flat Rate Shipping: $15.95
    • UK International Flat Rate Shipping: $22.95

     (Taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination). Please note: Orders are placed in US dollars only at this time. To find out what fees may apply, please contact your customs office. Please note that in the case of international shipping, the recipient will be responsible for any and all customs fees and duties charged.

     

    Address Changes?

    All shipping address changes must be made BEFORE the 10th of the month prior to shipment. This allows our shipping staff time to make any changes and updates to our address labels prior to shipment and dock loading. We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address if the address was not updated before the cutoff date. Please email elves@mychristmascrate.com with assistance in any shipping address changes. You will be required to pay any shipping charges for boxes reshipped due to failure to update your shipping address.

     

     What if my Crate was damaged or lost?

    Oh no! We are so sorry!  If you receive a broken or damaged item, please use the following process within 7 days of delivery:

    1. Contact our customer care Elves at elves@mychristmascrate.com.

    2. Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the return in question.

    Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will work with you to resolve most issues with your shipped items.  Note: Please be aware that many of our products may be handmade so a slight variation in color and/or construction is normal.  Also, as much as we love our friends at USPS, sometimes things are simply out of our control (shipping times, busy holidays or damaged boxes).  My Christmas Crate is shipped with tracking and is domestically insured by USPS up to $100. Christmas Crate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "as delivered" by USPS or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. All claims for lost/stolen items can be made through the USPS official website at www.usps.com using the tracking number provided to you in your shipment notification email. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive packages or request packages be held for pick up at your local USPS location for safe delivery.

     

      How do I send a Crate as a gift?

     How thoughtful of you!  When you go to checkout, you will be prompted to input a shipping address.  Simply input the recipient's address (no need to input your personal address), and voila!  The recipient will have a crate shipped to their doorstep. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR GIFT NOTE AT CHECKOUT IN THE "GIFT NOTE" FIELD as packing slips are not included in our shipments.

     

      Can I include a gift note?

    Absolutely!  We will be happy to include a gift note with your order.  MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR GIFT NOTE AT CHECKOUT IN THE "ORDER NOTES" FIELD.

     

     What if I don't like some of the products that I receive?

    Impossible! Well ok, you got us here.....Although our elves partner with wonderful Christmas brands to bring you a great Christmas experience, we do understand that different people have different tastes. That's why we like to provide several items per crate.  If for some reason you receive an item that you do not like, we might recommend that our items make fabulous holiday, hostess & Christmas gifts for friends, teachers, family members, and co-workers.  A re-gift isn't such a bad thing! We do not accept returns however, if you received a product that is defective, please contact us at elves@mychristmascrate.com  and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the problem. Please note: We do not accept returns unless a product is broken or defective and is at the sole discretion of My Christmas Crate. At this time My Christmas Crate does not accept any returns, exchanges or issue any refunds due to the nature of our business .

     

     Can I feature my products in a Crate?

     We are thrilled that you would like to be featured ! We are pleased to offer exceptional opportunities to gain maximum exposure by dispersing your items to a wide Christmas lover  audience.  Additionally, we guarantee you will be featured on our website and social media pages for maximum exposure.  Please contact us at elves@mychristmascrate.com with a link to your website and several pictures of your products you would like to provide.  (On occasion, we may request a sampling prior to participation to guarantee quality and packaging). If we think your product would be a nice seasonal fit, we will direct you to the next stages of the application process.  Prior to applying, please take into consideration our need for a large quantity of items.

     

    Can I cancel my subscription?

    YES.  Cancellations are easy & hassle-free and can be canceled (30 days prior to your next reoccurring payment date) in your Account Dashboard that was emailed to you upon sign up.  If you need assistance with your link, please email us at elves@mychristmascrate.com and we will re-send you a link to your account. 

    NOTE: If you’ve already been billed for this month’s crate, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle and the current months Crate will continue to ship on schedule.

    Please remember to cancel prior to your monthly renewal date to avoid getting billed and shipped the next month’s crate. 

    • Pre-paid subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 month) DO NOT AUTO RENEW and cancellations are not necessary. These subscriptions expire automatically. 
    • Auto-renewing subscriptions (otherwise known as month to month subscriptions),  need to be canceled prior to the next months auto renewal date to avoid billing.  IF YOU MUST URGENTLY CANCEL AND HAVE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDED OUTSIDE OF OUR POLICIES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 CANCELLATION FEE FOR REFUND PROCESSING.
