My Christmas Crate is a monthly subscription crate full of Christmas & holiday tastes, scents, accessories, holiday home goods, culinary delights and more We send you a joyful mix of holiday themed items to surprise and delight Christmas fans from near and far every month. Each month's box is specially curated by our holiday elves! We pride ourselves on sending only top quality "specialty" products that are not sold on everyday shelves. You’ll notice our elves put a great deal of thought and time into crafting a magical experience month after month so YOU can continue to enjoy Christmas 12 months a year!

It's always a jolly surprise! You can count on 3 to 5 unique holiday and Christmas themed items from an array of categories such as:

Will My Christmas Crate be a good value?
Absolutely! We believe your My Christmas Crate should always be a wonderful value. The items you receive will have a retail value (exceeding) the price you paid. Our goal is (1) to delight you month after month with a little Christmas magic (2) to introduce you to new, unique, eclectic holiday items and brands not found in retail chains every month.
When will I receive my first My Christmas Crate?
Our elves ship our crates on the 30th of every month (or next business day if the 30th falls on a weekend). You will receive a shipping notification by email with tracking and your crate will arrive at your doorstep via USPS within 5-7 business days (weather permitting).
When will I be billed ?
You will be billed for your first crate when you sign up. Thereafter, once a month usually around the same day you signed up. You may cancel your subscription 100% hassle-free any time by sending us a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and account email address. Please be sure to cancel by your monthly renewal date to avoid getting billed and shipped the next month’s crate (our elves work quick)!
Can I skip a month?
No problem! Just send us an email to email@example.com and in the subject line type "I'm out this month." We won't send you a crate for 1 month, and you won't be charged. We recommend that you skip a month of your subscription 5 days prior to your next billing date. We ask that you do this to ensure that your subscription is skipped before your next crate is processed. Unfortunately,we cannot refund or stop shipment once an order has processed. Your subscription will automatically resume after the 1 month pause period is complete.
How can I access my account?
An account is not created during the checkout process. We recommend creating one so you can access your orders and tracking information at any time. You can create a new account after checkout by clicking HERE . An order confirmation email is sent after checkout with a direct link for your account. From here, you are able to update shipping addresses, emails and credit card information.
How does my crate get here?
Crates are shipped via USPS Postal Service with (either) First Class or Priority Mail which includes tracking numbers that will be emailed to you every month.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States, Canada and the United Kingdom!
- US Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95
- Canadian Flat Rate Shipping: $15.95
- UK International Flat Rate Shipping: $22.95
(Taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination). Please note: Orders are placed in US dollars only at this time. To find out what fees may apply, please contact your customs office.
What if my crate was damaged or lost?
Oh no! We are so sorry! If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of your items for our team. We will work with you to resolve most issues with your shipped goodies. Note: Please be aware that many of our products may be handmade so a slight variation in color and/or construction is normal. Also, as much as we love our friends at USPS, sometimes things are simply out of our control (shipping times, busy holidays or damaged boxes). Many times, USPS will work with us in resolving most shipping related issues quickly.
How do I send a crate as a gift?
How thoughtful of you! When you go to checkout, you will be prompted to input a shipping address. Simply input the recipient's address (no need to input your personal address), and voila! The recipient will have a crate shipped to their doorstep. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR GIFT NOTE AT CHECKOUT IN THE "GIFT NOTE" FIELD as packing slips are not included in our shipments and your lovely recipient will always wonder "who sent me this beautiful Christmas crate".
Can I include a note?
Absolutely! We will be happy to include a gift note with your order. MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR GIFT NOTE AT CHECKOUT IN THE "ORDER NOTES" FIELD.
What if I don't like some of the products that I receive?
Impossible! Well ok, you got us here.....Although our elves scout the marketplace to bring you wonderful holiday items of excellent quality, we do understand that different people have different tastes. That's why we like to provide several items per crate. If for some reason you receive an item that you do not like, we might recommend that our items make fabulous holiday & Christmas gifts for friends, teachers, family members, and co-workers. Gift a goodie to another Christmas lover! A re-gift isn't such a bad thing! At this time, we do not accept returns however, if you received a product that is defective, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the problem.
At this time My Christmas Crate does not accept any returns, exchanges or issue any refunds due to the nature of our business .
Can I feature my products in a crate?
We are thrilled that you would like to be featured ! We are pleased to offer exceptional opportunities to gain maximum exposure by dispersing your items to a wide Christmas lover audience. Additionally, we guarantee you will be featured on our website and social media pages for maximum exposure. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to your website and several pictures of your products you would like to provide. (On occasion, we may request a sampling prior to participation to guarantee quality and packaging). If we think your product would be a nice seasonal fit, we will direct you to the next stages of the application process. Prior to applying, please take into consideration our need for a large quantity of items.
Can I cancel my subscription?
YES. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled 100% hassle-free at any time by sending a quick email to email@example.com with your name and account email address. Please cancel by your monthly renewal date to avoid getting billed and shipped the next month’s crate. Gift subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 month) are not eligible for cancellation. Auto-renewing subscriptions are only eligible for cancellation.
